The challenge

Member care shouldn’t start when someone reaches crisis point.

Your club already invests in member welfare, responsible gambling and community support. But financial pressure often starts much earlier.

Members may struggle with rising costs, debt, bills, relationships or everyday money decisions long before they ask for help.

Give them somewhere private to start. Help them understand what’s happening, work through their next steps and reach more support when they need it.

At the same time, give your leadership team something clear to see: who engaged, how people progressed and where support made a difference.

How this fits

Strengthen the support you already provide.

Financial wellbeing support should sit alongside the work your club already does. It doesn’t replace responsible gambling measures, counselling, staff training, exclusion programs or other member welfare services.

Instead, it creates another layer of support earlier in the journey. Help members build awareness, make stronger decisions and seek help before financial pressure escalates.

Give your leadership team another way to demonstrate genuine member care.

VeriSource

Verify financial information without adding unnecessary friction.

VeriSource for Clubs

When source-of-funds verification starts, make the evidence easier to get.

When your AML process requires an identified customer to verify where funds came from, give them a secure way to share relevant financial data while your compliance team gets a clearer record to review.

Your existing systems identify the issue. VeriSource supports the source-of-funds check.

Getting started

Shape the support around your club and your members.

Every club has different members, priorities and existing programs.

Start with a conversation about:

  • Who you want to support
  • What your members may need
  • How you want to introduce the program
  • What outcomes matter to your leadership team
  • What reporting your board wants to see
  • Whether a pilot, defined cohort or broader rollout makes the most sense

No need to force every club into the same model.

Frequently asked questions

Who can access the support?

You can make access available to a defined member group, staff group or broader club community, depending on what suits your club.

Can our club see individual financial information?

No. Your club receives cohort-level information only. Personal balances, transactions, account information and private conversations remain private.

Does this replace our existing responsible gambling or member welfare programs?

No. It works alongside your existing programs and gives members another form of support earlier in the journey.

Does it provide financial advice?

No. Members receive financial wellbeing education, tools and guidance rather than personal financial advice.

Do we have to start with a six-week pilot?

No. A pilot may suit some clubs, while another structure may suit others. The first conversation helps work out the right approach.

What does our leadership team receive?

Your club can receive access to cohort-level reporting, engagement data, progress measures and clear reporting that supports leadership and board discussions.

How much does it cost?

Scope and pricing depend on the number of people involved and the structure that suits your club. Book a demo to discuss the right approach.
