About MyMoneyMedic

Money problems rarely stay about Money.

Financial pressure affects sleep, relationships, health, work, confidence and the decisions people face every day.

We exist to change that.

Why we exist

Help people understand earlier.

Financial Wellbeing at the core. Whole-person Wellbeing as the outcome.

Financial wellbeing is about more than the number sitting in a bank account. When financial pressure builds, it can affect mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing - changing how people feel, think, work and live. And pressure can compound: a difficult month becomes a difficult quarter, confidence falls, decisions get harder.

MyMoneyMedic exists to help people understand what is happening earlier - before financial pressure has the chance to take over everything else. We were built around a simple belief: when people understand their financial position and feel more in control of it, they have more capacity for the rest of life.

We’re here to make financial wellbeing easier to understand, easier to talk about and easier to improve - without judgment, jargon or the expectation that people should already know all the answers.

Conor Keenan, founder and CEO

Origin

The spreadsheets only told part of the story.

For more than 25 years, founder Conor Keenan worked as a CFO, business leader and entrepreneur across technology companies. He often stepped into businesses under financial pressure, using the numbers to understand what was happening and what needed to change.

But behind the numbers were real people carrying the pressure. People losing sleep. People worrying at home. People second-guessing decisions. The spreadsheets could explain the financial position. They could not show the full effect that financial pressure was having on the person.

That insight became the starting point for MyMoneyMedic.

The challenge is scale - making support available earlier, without losing privacy, trust or the human element.

Since then

  • Founded in October 2024
  • Early investment secured; first MVP launched on the major app stores
  • CDR certification achieved in 2026
  • Open Banking integration completed - the foundation of today’s platform

Belief

Your financial Wellbeing sits inside your life. Not outside it.

Financial pressure rarely affects one part of life in isolation. That’s why MyMoneyMedic looks at financial wellbeing through four connected pillars.

My Money

See it clearly.

Understand what’s happening with your finances, build financial literacy and develop the confidence to make clearer decisions.

My Mind

Talk it through.

Recognise how financial pressure can affect stress, confidence, focus and the way you think.

My Body

Feel the pressure ease.

Understand where financial pressure may be showing up in sleep, energy, habits and physical wellbeing.

My Life

Get more of yourself back.

See how financial wellbeing connects with relationships, work, family, social connection and the life you want to build.

When one area suffers, the others feel it too. Support in one area creates positive change in all.

We are not trying to make people think about money all day. Quite the opposite - we want people to have enough financial understanding, confidence and control that money takes up less space in the rest of their life.

Difference

A different way to support financial Wellbeing.

Information and understanding are not the same thing. A spreadsheet can show what happened. A budgeting app can categorise spending. What people often still need is help understanding: what does this mean for me, where am I, what matters first, and what should I do next?

Review. Improve. Monitor.

  • ReviewUnderstand where things stand today - financially and across the broader areas of life financial pressure can affect. PulseCheck creates a starting point from which change can be understood over time.
  • ImproveUse real financial context, Alex and practical actions to work on what matters most. Not a perfect 40-page financial plan - the next useful decision, and momentum.
  • MonitorFinancial wellbeing changes as life changes. Regular check-ins show what is improving, where pressure remains and what deserves attention next.

AI coaching

Alex gives people a private place to ask the financial question that is actually on their mind. A hybrid AI model scales personalised support while keeping a pathway to real human support when another person is the better next step.

Real financial context

With consent, secure Open Banking connects real financial data so people build a clearer picture of their actual position rather than relying on assumptions, memory or manual tracking.

Whole-person wellbeing

PulseCheck is the wellbeing review and measurement layer - how financial pressure may be affecting the wider areas of Quality of Life, with a starting point that can be reviewed over time.

Human support

Technology does not need to pretend it can do everything. When another person is the better next step, MyMoneyMedic provides a pathway to trusted human support.

Not another budgeting app. Not personal financial advice. Not AI pretending it can solve everything.

Support the individual. Understand the cohort. Measure the change - people get private support, organisations get evidence of whether the support is creating value, and individual financial information remains private.

Trust

Built around data, privacy, trust and care.

Financial data can make the experience more relevant, but privacy, trust and care determine whether someone will ever feel comfortable enough to engage honestly.

Data

Real financial context helps replace assumptions with understanding. Where someone chooses to connect financial information, that data exists to create clarity and support better decisions.

Privacy

Your financial story stays yours. Enterprise-grade security, strict data boundaries and regulated access to financial information through the Consumer Data Right framework.

Trust

Support should help people understand their situation and make better decisions without financial-product sales pressure sitting behind the conversation.

Care

Financial difficulty can carry shame, fear and embarrassment. People should feel supported, respected and able to start wherever they are.

Data gives us context. Privacy protects the individual. Trust makes honest conversations possible. Care determines how we show up.

How we show up

The CLEAR values.

Technology matters. Data matters. But when you are dealing with something as personal as financial wellbeing, how people are treated matters just as much.

C

Compassion

We respond with genuine warmth and understanding - especially in times of financial stress.

L

Listening

We’re present, attentive and fully engaged to truly hear each individual’s story.

E

Empathy

We walk alongside people, recognising their feelings and experiences as our own.

A

Acceptance

We create a safe space - no judgment, just respect for where someone is right now.

R

Real

We stay authentic and transparent, keeping our tone grounded and trustworthy.

The CLEAR values are the human expression of the privacy, trust and care principles underneath the platform.

The people behind MyMoneyMedic

Different experience. One shared belief.

Better financial understanding can help people build better lives.

Ambition

A future where asking for help with financial wellbeing is normal.

  • Where people don’t wait until financial pressure becomes crisis
  • Where nobody feels stupid for asking a basic money question
  • Where financial literacy feels accessible rather than intimidating
  • Where people understand their financial position earlier

Greater financial clarity creates more capacity for family, health, relationships, work, connection and life. We also believe financial wellbeing should become part of how organisations create value for all of their people - not simply a hardship response once somebody is already struggling.

Support the individual. Understand the cohort. Measure the change.
